Back to School Party “2026”
Step Beyond Women & Girls invites families and community members to celebrate the new school year with an afternoon of fun, connection, and new beginnings. Join us for games, giveaways, food, activities, and a special Theatre Performance at 2 PM on Saturday, August 29, at Step Beyond Harlem.

Theatre Activism empowers young voices through performance, storytelling, and advocacy. Participants build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and use creative expression to become change-makers in their communities.

Step Beyond Women & Girls brought together Columbia Law School students and Harlem community leaders for a conversation on advocacy, public service, and community-driven change-building connections that inspire future leaders and strengthen our communities.
