Meeting on the third Thursday of each month, this circle provides a safe, , supportive space to reflect, share, and reimagine what healing looks like—both individually and together.
Each session is thoughtfully facilitated and includes guided discussions, healing-centered exercises, and intentional assignments designed to deepen self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and encourage meaningful change beyond the circle. Participants are invited to engage at their own pace, honoring their lived experiences while learning from the wisdom of others.
Rooted in compassion, accountability, and empowerment, the Healing Circle supports women as they process experiences, reclaim their voices, and build the emotional and spiritual tools needed to thrive—while contributing to healthier, more just communities.
